Order Processing

We carefully hand-pack each vintage treasure with the care it deserves. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact our vintage specialists at [email protected] before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every vintage piece we curate, but understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right or the item doesn’t match your expectations. Here’s how our returns process works:

Return Policy Details

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the rare nature of these vintage treasures, the following cannot be returned:

  • All authenticated vintage denim jeans (due to sizing variations inherent in vintage pieces)
  • Limited edition vintage jerseys with player customization
  • Any items marked “Final Sale” or “As Is” in the product description

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Please include this RAN clearly on your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original condition (with tags attached) and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Timeline:

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval
  • Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, we cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired piece.
