What makes your vintage clothing authentic?
Every piece in our collection is carefully curated by our vintage experts. We specialize in authentic American vintage from the 70s through early 2000s, with a focus on denim, jerseys, and streetwear classics. Unlike reproduction items, our garments show the authentic wear and character that comes with age – that’s the real vintage charm!
How do you determine sizing for vintage items?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide detailed measurements for each garment in the product description. For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring a similar item you own and comparing. Remember, many vintage pieces were meant to fit differently than today’s styles – that 90s oversized tee or 80s tapered jeans is part of the authentic look!
Do you clean the vintage clothing before shipping?
All items undergo our thorough inspection process, which includes spot cleaning when necessary. However, we recommend washing your vintage finds upon arrival using methods appropriate for the fabric and age. Some pieces may retain that distinctive vintage smell – a characteristic many collectors appreciate!

How long does shipping take?
After our 1-2 day processing period (where we carefully package your vintage treasures):
• Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
• Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (orders over $50)
International shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs processing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Whether you’re in London, Sydney, or Tokyo, we’ll deliver authentic American vintage right to your door. Note that international customers may be responsible for customs fees – we declare all packages as “Used Clothing” at the lowest allowable value to help minimize charges.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All Standard Shipping orders include tracking via DHL or FedEx. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your vintage finds are on their way. Watch your 70s denim jacket’s journey from our Sylmar warehouse to your closet! (Free Shipping via EMS includes limited tracking.)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed. For international orders, your payment will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate set by your card provider.
Is my payment information secure?
Completely! We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers. For added security, we recommend PayPal which offers buyer protection on all purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, with all original tags if applicable). To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, we can’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for your desired size if available. Vintage sizing varies greatly, so check those measurements carefully!
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we meticulously inspect all items before shipping, vintage clothing can be fragile. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include a partial refund or store credit in cases where minor damage wasn’t noted in the original listing.

While we don’t offer traditional gift wrapping, each vintage piece is carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials with a handwritten thank-you note. For a special touch, include gift message instructions in the order notes at checkout!
Can I request specific vintage items?
We love hunting for special requests! While we can’t make guarantees, email us at [email protected] with details about what you’re seeking (era, brand, size, etc.). Our vintage scouts will keep an eye out during their sourcing trips.
